HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Orders include a return label in the order. Please follow the return instructions on the label.
If your order did not include any return label, you can download or print a return label online via the pop up on-screen linked returns label.
After completing your download or printing your return label, prepare your parcel and send your returned items to us.
Your returns will be processed and you will be refund as quickly as possible after receiving your parcel.
How will I know if you have successfully received my order?
Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within a few hours.
Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before.
Alternatively, you can contact us for a update on your returned order.
In most cases, GIDEON DIMEROUS LTD orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. If it has been more than 14 days, you can still return your order for a full refund if the product is unused and still has all tags attached. Some restrictions apply.
● GIDEON DIMEROUS LTD gift bags are non-refundable.
● GIDEON DIMEROUS LTD underwear MENS/WOMENS are not accepted as a returned item.
● All GIDEON DIMEROUS LTD clothing head gear and footwear can only be returned if unused.
How long will it take to process my return?
As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team, we will email you to let you know.
In the unlikely event that you have not received an email within 10 days of returning your items. Contact our Customer Care team and we will help you out.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
GIDEON DIMEROUS LTD stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, support is available depending on your place of purchase.
